Watch for an email the week of September 3, 2019 to update your returning student profile to make sure we have the most up-to-date information for the 2019-2020 school year.

Please Note: A copy of original birth certificate and other legal documentation (custody orders, etc.) need to accompany registration or a comment to when you will be able to submit them.

Age Requirement: Kindergarten students must be 5 years of age by December 31, 2019 (Wolf Creek Public Schools Policy #300).

Returning Student Registration

Every family (new and returning) will need to update a returning student profile for the 2019-2020 school year using their parent portal account.

If you do not have your student(s) access id and password that are required to setup your parent portal account, please contact the school office and they can provide you with this. 

If you do not have access to a computer please stop in to the office during regular hours and we will set you up at one of our kiosks.

Creating the parent portal account allows you access to SchoolEngage where you will find the MANDATORY forms that we require for each of our students.  These requirements are from the Alberta Education Act and are required every year.

Parent portal can also be used to access your child's attendance, edit how you receive notifications, pay their school fees, order hot lunch, etc.

Online student profile submission deadline is Sept 30th.

Please login to your PowerSchool  Parent Portal Account: and follow the steps below to access the applicable form. 

  1. Navigate to the School Engage icon at the bottom left side column. 
  2. Once School Engage launches, you will see a red circle
    beside 'Students'. 
  3. Click on 'Students' to open the list of your students.
  4. Choose one of your students with a red circle.
  5. Look to the right of your screen under FORMS to access
    this specific form.  
  6. Click on the 2019-2020 Student Profile Form. 
  7. Click on the blue square to open the form.
  8. Fill out applicable fields, changing any relevant
  9. Please ensure you click “SUBMIT” after updating, or
    save your progress to complete at a later date.  
  10. Once your form has been submitted you will receive a
    confirmation email.
